We have only smoked meats this week including , Smoked Pulled Pork, Smoked Bacon & Smoked Buff Burgers Patties!

Our Classic Pulled Pork Smoked for over 12 hours

Smoked Hams
Smoked Lean Pork Shoulder, cured and Maple Smoked like Bacon.
These large pieces have been curing for over 3 weeks and smoked in maple syrup. Range in approx 1-2kg in weight.
The final price will depend on the net weight and will be calculated at Rs 2000 per KG

Smoked Buff Burger Patties with Caramelized Garlic and Smoked Onions.
We grind our own Buff mince, Pancetta and blend of herbs and fresh ingredients. (sold frozen and vacuum sealed)
