Description
A classic dish, elevated by long brining and sous-vide before roasting in the oven. A whole chicken weighing 1.5 to 1.75 Kgs infused with Lemon and Thyme with a liquid gold sauce.
The chicken will come in a vacuum-packed sous-vide bag and would need to be finished off on the oven for about 20 min before serving to get a delicious crispy skin!
